HYAKUMANGOKU NO SHIRO JUNMAI DAIGINJO
A sake made using the newly added Ishikawa prefecture’s original brand rice, Hyakumangoku no Shiro.
This sake, suitable for GINJO sake with a polishing ratio of 50% or more, is easy to produce a refined and fragrant GINJO aroma without breaking the rice grains even with high polishing (removing more of the brown rice). It has a sweet and fruity aroma with a hint of sweetness, making it particularly recommended for younger drinkers.
Made from Ishikawa Prefecture’s original sake rice, ‘Hyakumangoku no Shiro.’

‘Hyakumangoku no Shiro‘ is suitable for GINJO sake with a polishing ratio of 50% or more, as it is easy to produce a refined and fragrant GINJO aroma without breaking the rice grains even with high polishing.
Despite its modest alcohol content and light mouthfeel, it has a voluminous aroma of fragrant GINJO and leaves a delicate lingering finish.
